If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the salon via phone call or text message  You can also reschedule online .

No call no shows = no refund.

There is a  $15.00 cancellation fee for all cancelled appointments.

No. I only accept  online appointments.  You must use a debit or credit card to secure your appointment, However I do accept same day appointments with online booking.

 Due to limitrd space. No children are allowed unless receiving a service.

All refunds /disputes are settled by the sole discretion of the owner.

Upon scheduling your appointment, you (client) agree to accepts all  information, suggestions, and recommendations or treatments provided by the hairstylist and  the salon. The customer  hereby releases this salon from any liability, claims, damages and demands that may result in injury and loss.

You (client) are allowing the salon to apply necessary chemicals as part of the service in my hair treatment.

 You (client) understand that anytime the hair is altered due to chemical straighteners, hair color, heated  tools, can result in damage or injury
